·      CHAKR SHIELD RECD Controls the particulate matter up to 90% and also adderesses the Carbon Mono-oxide and Hydro Carbons, thereby improving emission.

·      Exhaust gases emitted from the exhaust pipe also contain Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Hydrocarbons (HC) which pass through oxidation chamber which converts them into Carbon Dioxide (CO2) & Water (H2O).

·      CHAKR SHIELD RECD is type approved & certified by International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT), Manesar & Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI),Pune. Reference-Test Report –ISO 8178-5 Mode D2 for up to & above 1000 kVA DG Sets.

The Retrofit Emission Control Device(RECD) is to be fitted in lieu of Silencer or after the silencer, leading to exhaust line stack. RECD is constructed using catalyst based filtration technology. RECD reduces particulate matter to the extent of 70-90%. It also treats Carbon Monoxide and Hydrocarbon emissions to form CO2 and H2O, resulting in Clear Exhaust.
We can supply and install RECD which is approved by CPCB, International Centre for Automotive Technology(ICAT) and Automotive Research Association of India(ARAI).
